Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 July 2026 · Operated by Kambros Group

This policy explains what personal data this website collects and how it is used. ConstatVault is operated by Kambros Group ("we", "us"). Placeholder — have this reviewed by counsel and add your legal entity, registered address, and data-protection contact before launch.

What we collect

  • Contact details you submit — the email address, and any organisation or name you enter, when you ask to become a design partner or request our overview.
  • Anti-abuse signals — a Cloudflare Turnstile token to verify you are human, and your approximate country/IP as seen by our edge, used to prevent spam and abuse.
  • Aggregate analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry, send the requested overview, and follow up about ConstatVault.
  • To protect the site from automated abuse.
  • We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except infrastructure providers that process it on our behalf (see below).

Lawful basis (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we process your contact details on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, and anti-abuse data on the basis of our legitimate interest in securing the service.

Processors

  • Cloudflare — hosting, edge security, Turnstile, and cookieless analytics.
  • Email provider — used to deliver notifications and the overview you requested.

Retention

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to follow up and for our legitimate business records, then delete them.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time, by contacting us. If GDPR applies, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Contact

To exercise any right or ask a question about this policy, contact us via the website form or at the address you were given. Replace with your data-protection contact email before launch.
