Enterprises are deploying autonomous AI agents into workflows that move money, touch regulated data, call external services, and execute code. When an auditor, regulator, insurer, or court later asks "prove what happened," the organisation reaches for its logs — and the same objection lands every time: those logs are yours; you could have written them yesterday.
What ConstatVault is
Verifiable evidence infrastructure for AI agents, built as two engines under one umbrella:
- TruthLayer — a cryptographically sealed telemetry ledger. It appends agent events to per-agent hash-chained ledgers, seals each day into an RFC 6962 Merkle root, and anchors that root to the Bitcoin blockchain.
- EvidenceVault — a certificate engine that independently re-derives the Merkle root and issues portable PDF/A-3B certificates carrying a classical signature, two post-quantum co-signatures, a blockchain time anchor, and a public registry record.
The one decision that matters
Verification requires nothing from us. Three offline verifiers are published to public package registries under the MIT licence. Any auditor, regulator, insurer, or court can install them in one command and verify a certificate or a sealed ledger with zero network access, zero dependency on our infrastructure, and zero requirement that our company still exists.
Evidence of execution
- 25 workers deployed on Cloudflare; TruthLayer's deployment is provenance-verified from outside.
- A 300,000-event sustained campaign with 0 server errors and byte-exact chain reconciliation for every tenant.
- 2,462 certificates issued at 2.04/s with zero issue-stage errors; 1,096 archival PDFs veraPDF-valid against PDF/A-3B.
- Independent RFC 3161 timestamping proven live against DigiCert; each campaign seal's Merkle root is now confirmed in Bitcoin block 959,624.
- Three offline verifiers published and proven by fresh install on a clean machine.
